We may receive information that you voluntarily send to us, such as your name, email address and support messages. If you contact support, you may also choose to provide QGIS/plugin versions, operating-system details, logs, screenshots and reproduction steps.
Website hosting and security providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser/device information and request logs as part of operating and securing the website.
3. No license-key database
AI GIS AGENT PRO does not require license keys, activation codes, user accounts or online license validation. We therefore do not operate a license-activation database for the plugin.
4. Optional PayPal contributions
If you choose to support the project through PayPal, the payment is processed by PayPal under its own terms and privacy policy. We do not receive or store your full payment-card details through this website. PayPal may provide transaction information needed to identify and account for the contribution.
5. Analytics
This website may use Google Analytics 4 to measure website visits and interactions such as plugin downloads and clicks on the optional PayPal support link. Google Analytics is not loaded unless you give consent through the analytics banner. If you reject analytics, the website does not load the Google Analytics tag.
The Google Analytics measurement ID used by this website is G-KMR8C0Z08P. Analytics data is processed by Google under its own terms and privacy documentation. You can withdraw or change your analytics choice by clearing the site data for this website and revisiting it.
6. Third-party services
The plugin may connect to external AI providers, internet/search services, mapping services, MCP-compatible tools and other third-party services depending on how you configure it. Those providers process data according to their own terms and privacy policies. You should review those terms before sending data to them.
7. Data retention and requests
We retain support correspondence and other information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was provided, to meet legal obligations, or to establish/exercise/defend legal claims. You may contact us to ask about personal data associated with your correspondence, subject to applicable law.
